Mitsubishi Electric Sales Canada
Two programs. One barrier. We made it easier for dealers to do business with Mitsubishi Electric.
The challenge
Mitsubishi Electric offers real value to its dealer network—incentive programs that reward the businesses selling and servicing its products, and co-op funding that helps pay for the advertising that keeps them visible. But value sitting behind friction isn’t value dealers can use. Loyalty rewards weren’t landing the way they were designed to. Co-op claims that should have taken days were taking weeks to months to close. Two separate problems with the same underlying issue: dealers found it difficult to access what they needed.

The constraints
Two initiatives, two different technical realities. Loyalty and co-op touch different teams—distributors and dealer businesses on one side, legal, creative, and finance on the other. Neither could ask Mitsubishi Electric to tear up what already worked. Every fix had to slot into existing infrastructure, hold up under usage volume, and work across different technology comfort levels.
What changed
Same principle, two applications: give dealers clarity on what they‘ve earned and what to do next, and take the manual chasing out of both systems.
An agreement prevents us from showing Mitsubishi Electric’s actual work. The images above and below are representative of what rolled out. Want the details? Ask us.

The result
Both initiatives are rolling out in phases. Claims that once took weeks now close in days—hours of efficiency given back to Mitsubishi Electric’s team. Doing business with Mitsubishi Electric just got easier, and easier is what keeps a dealer network loyal.
